Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a work to be assigned fairly and appropriately in an off-season.SOLUTION: An information processing unit comprises: first storage means for storing skills required for each work; second storage means for storing skills that each worker has; extraction means (control unit 11) for extracting, out of works executed in a period which can be assigned for a first worker to whom work is not assigned, a work for which the first worker does not have skill on the basis of the first storage means and the second storage means; determination means (control unit 11) for determining whether or not a second worker having a skill level who is capable of instructing workers having no skill exists out of workers assigned for a work extracted by the extraction means, on the basis of the first storage means and the second storage means; and setting means (control unit 11) for setting the work extracted by the extraction means as a work which can be assigned for the first worker in the case where the determination means determines that the second worker exists.
