Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for generating an arrangement pattern of cameras taking not only imaging effects of a monitoring target object obtained by the cameras but also crime suppression effects by arranging the cameras or the personnel into account and for also outputting a priority for each camera to be arranged.SOLUTION: A two-dimensional plane indicating the overview of a space in which the camera or the personnel is arranged is stored in a holding part 101, Arrangement information of a camera that has been already arranged in a monitoring target space is stored in a holding part 102. Information indicating a monitor area corresponding to an area defined as a monitoring target for the camera or the personnel in the target space is stored in a holding part 103. Specification data of the existing camera or a camera to be arranged in the target space is stored in a DB 105. A generation part 110 generates multiple arrangement patterns of the camera to be arranged in the target space. A selection part 111 selects one or more arrangement patterns in the order of starting from a highest monitor effect from among the multiple arrangement patterns generated by the generation part 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
