Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared sensor and a temperature compensation method which achieve the determination of compensation quantity without reference of a temperature plate even when a temperature distribution inside an optical system changes.SOLUTION: An infrared sensor includes: infrared detectors outputting the detection output relative to each of first infrared with a detected wavelength and second infrared with a wavelength different from that of the first infrared; a filter selectively transmitting the first infrared with the detected wavelength; an optical system; and correction means correcting the detection output of the first infrared according to the detection output of the second infrared.
