PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition to be used for a layer for forming a hard coat layer of a decorative sheet that is used for producing a decorative molded article containing inorganic particles in a size of a micrometer order in a hard coat layer, and to provide a decorative sheet using the ink composition, which can effectively suppress interference fringes.SOLUTION: The ink composition comprises: a polyfunctional radical polymerization type prepolymer as an ionization radiation curable functional group A, containing at least one group selected from a vinyl group, a (meth)acryloyl group and an aryl group and having a weight average molecular weight of less than 50000; reactive inorganic particles A having an ionization radiation curable functional group B on the surfaces thereof; a polyfunctional isocyanate compound; and inorganic particles B having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 3.0 μm. The percentage of the solid content of the prepolymer is 15 to 75 mass% with respect to the sum of the solid content of the prepolymer and the reactive inorganic particles. The ink composition is used for the decorative sheet, and the sheet is used for the decorative molded article.
