Abstract:
To provide an inkjet printer designed such that, in order to perform printing on a web-formed print base material with inkjet ink, load on a worker replacing the web-formed printing base material in an unwinding unit for the web-formed printing base material is reduced and a replacement work time is reduced.SOLUTION: An inkjet printer that performs printing by ejecting inkjet ink onto a web-formed printing base material by a single-path system, includes: an unwinding unit that unwinds the web-formed printing base material; an inkjet head unit of a single-path system that ejects the inkjet ink by the single-path system with respect to a surface of the web-formed printing base material unwound and conveyed by the unwinding unit; a winding unit that winds the web-formed printing base material disposed on the same side as the unwinding unit with respect to the inkjet head unit; and a work space provided between the unwinding unit and the winding unit and allowing a worker to enter the work space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
