Abstract:
To provide an interchangeable lens that enables optimum image-capturing.SOLUTION: An interchangeable lens to be mounted to a camera body comprises: an optical system that includes a focus adjustment lens; a drive unit that causes the focus adjustment lens to be driven in an optical axis direction of the optical system; and a transmission unit that transmits to the camera body a first value varying depending upon a position of the focus adjustment lens, serving an image plane movement coefficient corresponding to an amount of movement of an image plane with respect to an amount of movement of the focus adjustment lens and at a lens position of the focus adjustment lens, and a second value smaller than the image plane movement coefficient in which the amount of movement of the image plane with respect to the amount of movement of the focus adjustment lens is maximum in a drive range of the focus adjustment lens by the drive unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
