Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take measures to deal with a reverse connection of a DC power source to an inverter in a configuration that is different from the prior arts.SOLUTION: An inverter deviation comprises: a positive electrode terminal PT and a negative electrode terminal NT; upper arm switching elements T1, T3 and T6 and lower arm switching elements T2, T4 and T6; and a voltage dividing circuit 42 for supplying a divided voltage of a voltage between the positive electrode terminal PT and the negative electrode terminal NT to a gate and a drain of the lower arm switching element T2. The lower arm switching element T2 consists of a HEMT. In the case where a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a DC power source 51 are reversely connected to the positive electrode terminal PT and the negative electrode terminal NT, in the voltage dividing circuit 42, a divided voltage is set in such a manner that the lower arm switching element T2 is turned off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
