Abstract:
To provide a joint box in which the installation workability is further improved.SOLUTION: A joint box 100 includes: a peripheral wall portion 102 in which a housing space for housing connection portions is formed and which is turned in a forward direction about a turning axis 106 which penetrates the housing space vertically; an opening portion 103 which is open downwardly from the peripheral wall portion 102; a plurality of plate pieces 104 which at least partially close an outer region inside the opening portion 103, and are elastically deformable vertically; and an insertion portion 106 through which a plurality of cables pass. Each of the plate piece 104 includes: a base end edge portion 104a connected to an inner circumference of the peripheral wall portion 102; a tip edge portion 104b located inside the opening portion 103; a first side edge portion 104c located on the forward direction side; and a second side edge portion 104d located on a side opposite to the first side edge portion 104c. A plate surface of each plate piece 104 is inclined at an acute angle with respect to a plane orthogonal to the turning axis 106 such that the first side edge portion 104c is located below the second side edge portion 104d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
