Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having excellent DC-bias characteristics and a multilayer ceramic capacitor containing the same.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a dielectric ceramic composition that contains a base material powder represented by (1-x)BaTiO-xPbTiOcontaining a first main ingredient represented by BaTiOand a second main ingredient represented by PbTiO, wherein x satisfies 0.0025≤x≤0.4, and a multilayer ceramic capacitor containing the same. The dielectric ceramic composition preferably further comprises 0.1 to 2.0 mol% of a first accessory ingredient based on 100 mol% of the base material powder, wherein the first accessory ingredient is an oxide or carbonate containing at least one of Mn, V, Cr, Fe, Ni, Co, Cu, and Zn. The dielectric ceramic composition preferably further comprises 0.2 to 5.0 mol% of a second accessory ingredient, wherein the secondary accessory ingredient is an oxide containing Si or a glass compound containing Si. The dielectric ceramic composition preferably further comprises 0.4 to 12.0 mol% of a third accessory ingredient, wherein the third accessory ingredient is an oxide, carbonate, or fluoride containing Li.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
