Abstract:
To provide a laser marking machine which is less likely to emit scattering light.SOLUTION: A laser marking machine 1 comprises a laser 5, an optical system 7, a main body holding the laser 5 and the optical system 7, a light passing member 6, and a housing. The laser 5 emits a laser beam L0. The optical system 7 is provided on a path of the laser beam L0. The light passing member 6 is disposed between the laser 5 and the optical system 7 in the path of the laser beam L0, and includes a hole 63 through which the laser beam L0 passes. The housing houses the main body and the light passing member 6 therein. A width of an emission surface 66 of the light passing member 6 for the laser beam L0 is narrower than a width of at least one of a first path P1, a second path P2 and a third path P3. The first path P1 is a path from the light passing member 6 to the optical system 7. The second path P2 is a path inside the optical system 7. The third path P3 is a path from the optical system 7 to an emission surface of the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
