To provide a laundry system which can provide specific free service with respect to a user who desires the specific free service.SOLUTION: A charge device 1 includes: a hard disk 9 for recording free service information in which identification information intrinsic to each IC chip is associated with a service content which is the content of the free service to be provided to a user; a card R/W part 3a for reading and writing information with respect to the IC chip; and a control device 2 for specifying the free service information in which the identification information read from the IC chip by the card R/W part 3a is associated with the service content out of a plurality of pieces of free service information recorded in the hard disk 9, and for executing the processing for providing the free service of the service content of the specified free service information to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
