Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical flange boiler which uses an automatic feeder used exclusively for chips, pellets, logs, squared timbers, and other elongated materials in biomass combustion, is small-sized to have no limitation on place of installation, and is manufactured easily.SOLUTION: A large pipe for a boiler configured as a vertical boiler as a whole and having a proper size is divided into a steam generating boiler upper part (1) and a boiler combustion lower part (2). A flange is welded to the lower end of the large pipe for the boiler as a flange is welded to the upper end of the boiler combustion lower part (2) of the large pipe. Inside the large pipe, several tiers of spiral small pipes for re-heating steam are placed. Steam flows through these pipes to come of the pipes, which generates electric power. The boiler combustion lower part (2) of the large pipe is formed into a double structure in which injection hot water and steam are generated out of water. Dividing the large pipe into the steam generating boiler upper part (1) and the boiler combustion lower part (2) facilitates overall manufacturing of a vertical flange boiler with a biomass automatic feeder characterized by its compact structure.
