Abstract:
Provided is an optical display member that ensures light transparency and flexibility, and has a low permittivity. The optical display member of the present invention is provided with a flexible layer 20 having light transparency, and a light source 10 provided on a back face side of the flexible layer 20. The flexible layer 20 has a relative permittivity no higher than 2.0 with respect to frequencies of 1 kHz and 1 GHz.
