Abstract:
To provide a multi-color light-emitting device which can extract light with high efficiency and enables surface mounting.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes: a package 100 for surface mounting including a plurality of leads, in which the three leads among the plurality of leads each have a first recess, a second recess and a third recess exposed to a main surface; a first light-emitting element 51 for emitting first light, a second light-emitting element 52 for emitting second light and a third light-emitting element 53 for emitting third light that are arranged in the first recess, the second recess and the third recess, respectively; and a mold resin 60 including a first coloring resin member 161 that is arranged in the first recess and is colored to a similar color to the first light, a second coloring resin member 162 that is arranged in the second recess and is colored to a similar color to the second light, a third coloring resin member 163 that is arranged in the third recess and is colored to a similar color to the third light, and a first lens part 71, a second lens part 72 and a third lens part 73 that overlap each of the recesses of the leads in plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
