【課題】 発光素子を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 発光素子であって、発光素子は、基板と、複数の遮光層と、被覆層と、導電層と、複数のバンプとを備える。複数の遮光層は、基板の下にある。被覆層は、基板の第１表面に接触され、複数の遮光層を覆う。導電層は、基板の第２表面に接触される。複数のバンプは、基板の第２表面に配置され、導電層の一部を覆い、複数のバンプうちの２つの隣り合うバンプ間に有機材料を含む有機発光ユニットを有する。複数のバンプのうちの１つは、複数の遮光層のうちの１つの縁部と縦方向における偏差が生じる縁部を有する。【選択図】 図２
