Abstract:
To provide a lighting device that can enhance color rendering property of illumination light.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 includes a first fiber 22 and a wavelength conversion member 30. The first fiber 22 propagates excitation light along an optical axis 20 and emits the excitation light from an end part 24a. The wavelength conversion member 30 is positioned coaxially with the optical axis 20 of the first fiber 22. The wavelength conversion member 30 converts excitation light into light with a different wavelength. The wavelength conversion member 30 has a longitudinal direction. The longitudinal direction is positioned along the optical axis 20 of the first fiber 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
