PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire for guiding people to an evacuation space at a disaster.SOLUTION: A luminaire 100a includes: a light-emitting part 103a; an acquisition section 101a that acquires a piece of environmental information as the information relevant to a location where the light-emitting part 103a is installed; a receiving section 102a for receiving a piece of disaster information relevant to a disaster; and a control section 105a that, when the receiving section receives a piece of disaster information, determines whether or not the location where the light-emitting part 103a is installed satisfies predetermined conditions on the basis of the environmental information acquired by the acquisition section, and performs a control to turn ON/OFF the light-emitting part according to the determination result.
