Abstract:
To provide a liquid crystal warm emulsion that is used in a cosmetic to give warmth during its use, in which the liquid crystal warm emulsion can remove makeup well, can be prepared into a cleansing cosmetic with its properties being controllable as desired, also allows easy control of its viscosity and usability, and can be easily produced at low cost.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal warm emulsion contains component (A) 10 pts.wt. or more, component (B) 10-30 pts.wt., component (C) 0.2-5 pts.wt., and component (D) 60-75 pts.wt., with the total content of component (B) and component (D) being 85 pts.wt. or more, component (B) containing a hydrophilic surfactant (b1) with an HLB value of 13 or more and a multi-chained hydrophilic surfactant (b2) including an alkyl group having 18 or more carbon atoms with its HLB value of 6 or less, the component (B) having an average HLB value of 9.0 or less. (A): Oil solution, (B): a surfactant, (C): a phospholipid, and (D): a polyhydric alcohol.SELECTED DRAWING: None
