Abstract:
To provide a liquid discharge device that facilitates visually recognizing the residual quantity of liquid stored in a storage part mounted on a carriage.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device 11 includes: a discharge part 22 for discharging liquid to a medium; a storage part 23 having a storage chamber for storing liquid to be supplied to the discharge part, and an inlet communicated with the storage chamber; a carriage 24 mounting the discharge part and the storage part, and scanning to the medium; and a cap 41 for closing the inlet. At least a part of the storage part is composed of a transparent material so as to make the residual quantity of liquid stored in the storage chamber visually recognizable, and the carriage has a visible part 31 for exposing the part composed of a transparent material in the storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
