Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document system capable of easily editing a document generated by using a document form and insertion data by a document viewer, and reflecting the edition on a server.SOLUTION: A document system includes: a document server 102 for managing a document form including field information and a query for acquiring insertion data to be inserted into the document form; a DB server for managing the insertion data; and an information processing device 101 for outputting the document. The document server generates and transmits a document file including the field information and the insertion data by using the document form and the insertion data S505. The information processing device outputs a document to a screen by using the received document file S507, and receives a change instruction to the field information or the insertion data included in the document file S509, and changes at least either the field information or the insertion data the change instruction to which has been received according to edition content by the received change instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
