Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a master batch for rubber chemical excellent in compatibility with a rubber to be mixed, having no adverse effect on the characteristics of the rubber, and free from massing by mixing rubber chemicals and a specified resin.
CONSTITUTION: The master batch consists of rubber chemicals (e.g. a vulcanizing agent, a vulcanization accelerator, an age resister and a vulcanizing aid) preferably in an amount of 60-90wt.% and a resin having unsaturated bonds and a melting point of 40-100°C, preferably 50-80°C, (e.g. syndiotactic 1,2- polybutadiene) preferably in an amount of 10-40wt.%.
