Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine, quasi-drug, or food, which is useful for improving back pain, or a material or preparation, which can be incorporated in any of them.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a back pain remedy comprising a milk fat globule membrane containing 5 to 100% by mass of a lipid and 1 to 50% by mass of sphingomyelin. Here, 10 to 1500 mg of the sphingomyelin per adult per day is administered or ingested. The remedy may further comprise glucosamine or a salt thereof may be contained as an active ingredient (10 to 20,000 mg per adult per day). The dosage form of the composition is a solid preparation for oral administration.SELECTED DRAWING: None
