Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent generation of a conductive defect caused by adhesion of an adhesive for sealing the gap between a terminal part of a contact board and a base to a contact part of the contact board.
CONSTITUTION: A recessed part 4, in which a contact part 3a of a contact board 3 is stored, of a base 2 and a penetrating hole 5, through which a terminal part 3b is passed, are arranged side by side, and a partition wall 8 is formed between the recessed part 4 and the penetrating hole 5. In this way, an adhesive 7 sealing the gap between the terminal part 3b and a base 2 is stopped by the partition wall 8 even when the adhesive 7 infiltrates into the inside of the base 2 through the clearance inside the penetrating hole 5, so that a conductive defect caused by adhesion of the adhesive 7 to the contact part 3a can be prevented.
