Abstract:
To provide a technology of, in a magnetic circuit formed of a magnetization inversion element and a soft magnetic material, suppressing demagnetization of the magnetization inversion element so that a larger magnetic flux can be generated.SOLUTION: A magnetic circuit includes a magnetomotive force source formed of a magnetization inversion element 101 the magnetized state of which can be controlled by application of a current or a voltage, and a soft magnetic material 102. The magnetomotive force source and the soft magnetic material 102 have respective portions that are opposed to each other, in a direction substantially orthogonal to a main magnetization direction in a surface direction of the magnetomotive force source, with an electric insulating layer 103 interposed therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
