Abstract:
To effectively increase detection precision of a magnetic sensor.SOLUTION: Magnetic element groups 22A to 22D are disposed in a first quadrant 20A to a fourth quadrant 20D in a magnetic sensor 16, and a magnetic element 24 in which magnetic resistors 26 are arranged is disposed in the magnetic element groups 22A to 22D. Bridge circuit groups are formed from the magnetic element 24 of the magnetic element groups 22A, 22C and the magnetic element 24 of the magnetic element groups 22B, 22D. Accordingly, respective center-of-gravity positions Oa, Ob of the magnetic element groups 32A, 32B can be overlapped to a rotation axis P of a detected object, thus increasing detection precision of a rotational angle of the detected body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
