Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a notification of the occurrence of a failure and allow a user to make a quick and correct action based on the notification.SOLUTION: A management system for a work machine comprises a server for storing operating data of the work machine, a portable terminal that can acquire operating data from the work machine and transmit the acquired operating data to the server, and an information terminal that can display the operating data stored in the server, in which the portable terminal has a transmission button for notifying a failure and a notification unit for notifying the occurrence of a failure to the server when the transmission button is selected, and the server has a processing unit for displaying on the information terminal the work machine the failure is occurring and the operation data of the work machine.
