The web-winding mandrel comprises a core (10) which can be connected at one end to a drive device (36). Mounted on the core (10) is a sleeve (44), the length of which corresponds to the length of the core (10) and which has at least one longitudinal slot (46 to 56), this sleeve being axially displaceable but secure against a rotation relative to the core (10).
