Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable, when manufacturing a nonwoven fabric having a structure where a reinforcing substrate and short fiber webs are lamination-integrated, a laminated nonwoven fabric having high quality to be obtained without causing disarrangement and wrinkles in the short fiber webs.SOLUTION: Provided is a laminated nonwoven fabric manufacturing apparatus comprising: a high pressure liquid flow processing unit 9; and a transport device 7 for transporting a laminated body 8 to the high pressure liquid flow processing unit. The transport device 7 has a configuration where a plurality of traveling belts are arranged along the transport direction of the laminate 8. The manufacturing apparatus comprises: a first traveling belt 10a having a first winding roller 11a at an end position of the travel path; a second traveling belt 10b having a second winding roller 11b arranged at a starting end position of the traveling path adjacent to the first winding roller 11a; and a pressing device 16 that presses the laminate 8 to the traveling belt side at a position 12 or in the vicinity thereof where the laminate 8 is delivered from the first traveling belt 10a to the second traveling belt 10b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
