Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a gel sheet roll having an excellent outside appearance and a high commodity value without generation of a tunnel or corrugation.SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the gel sheet roll, at least one side of a sheet-shaped gel sheet 14 which has a core material 12 on the inner side of gel 13 is coated with a protection film, and the gel sheet is formed in a roll-like shape. The protection film is a surface protection film 15 located at least on the front surface side of the roll. The surface protection film 15 is formed of an inextensible film, and the speed of feeding the core material 12 in forming the roll is 99.3-99.7% of the speed of feeding the surface protection film 15.
