Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an armature capable of correcting weight balance in a circumferential direction of the armature while suppressing increase of cost.SOLUTION: According to the manufacturing method of the armature, two kinds of coil winding parts consisting of a plurality of first coil winding parts 60 and a plurality of second coil winding parts 62 having a smaller wire diameter of a coil than that of the plurality of first coil winding parts 60 are formed by a pair of flyers. The plurality of first coil winding parts 60 and the plurality of second coil winding parts 62 are formed by distributed winding in such a manner that a coil to be inserted into a slot 34-1 facing a D cut part 44 which is formed in a rotary shaft 24 is defined as a coil to form the first coil winding part 60 and that a coil to be inserted into a slot 34-7 at an opposite side of the slot 34-1 is defined as a coil to form the second coil winding part 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
