PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a PCa member capable of a match cast method of a PCa member having a structure where a PC steel material for pre-tension is arranged in a direction orthogonal to a joint edge surface of PCa members each other.SOLUTION: A first PC steel material for first PCa member having a second body 22 arranged for forming open holes for penetrating a first PC member 13 between abutments 31 on a second concrete member and a second steel material for second PCa member having the first body 21 arranged for forming the open holes penetrating a second PC steel material 14 are expanded respectively and become tension. Then a frame work containing boundary mold frame 43 for separating each concrete 51 and 52 of the first and second PCa member and a steel bar are assembled respectively and pre-stress is introduced to the concrete with releasing tension of each PC steel material after installing concrete into the mold frame and developing predetermined strength. The first PCa member and the second PCa member are manufactured by removing frame release and cutting and removing unnecessary PC steel material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7D
