Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of pseudo-milk foods capable of manufacturing the pseudo-milk foods at high concentration.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of pseudo-milk foods having a process S81 for providing a dynamic filtration device 10 having filtration membranes 11a and 12a and a housing 13 accommodating the filtration membranes 11a and 12a in which the filtration membranes 11a and 12a are dynamically arranged to the housing 13, a process S84 for supplying a pseudo-milk composition 16 to the dynamic filtration device 10, a process S82 for moving the filtration membrane 11a and 12a to the housing 13, a process 83 for pressing the pseudo-milk composition 16, and a process S86 for filtering and taking out whey 18 in the pseudo-milk composition 16 at a state that the filtration membrane 11a and 12a move and enhancing concentration of a solid component in the pseudo-milk composition 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
