Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fluorine-containing elastomer composition capable of forming an oil seal member capable of improving sufficiently both of tensile fracture energy at high temperature and tensile strength at high temperature and having proper hardness.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a fluorine-containing elastomer composition containing a fluorine-containing elastomer and a fibrous carbon nanostructure, where the fibrous carbon nanostructure contains a single layer carbon nanotube. The manufacturing method includes a mixing process for mixing the fluorine-containing elastomer, the fibrous carbon nanostructure and a dispersant to obtain a mixture and a dispersion process for dispersing the mixture by a wet jet mill. There is provided a manufacturing method of an oil seal member for forming the oil seal member by using the fluorine-containing elastomer composition manufactured by the manufacturing method.SELECTED DRAWING: None
