Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an easy-to-manufacture compact imaging device.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an imaging device 1 includes a step for manufacturing an imaging substrate 10S on which two rows of a plurality of light-receiving parts 11 are formed in parallel with the long side in the center of short side direction, and a plurality of electrode groups 12S each consisting of a plurality of electrode pads 12 connected with respective light-receiving parts 11 are arranged in row along the long side on the outer peripheral side of respective light-receiving parts 11, a step for manufacturing a rectangular glass substrate 30S in plan view having a width covering two rows of the light-receiving parts 11 and not covering the two rows of electrode groups 12S, a step for manufacturing a bonding substrate 1S by bonding the glass substrate 30S to the imaging substrate 10S via a transparent adhesive layer 20S so as not to cover the electrode groups 12S, and a step for cutting the bonding substrate 1S and individualizing into a plurality of imaging devices 1.
