Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inorganic ion exchanger by which in converting a waste material containing Al and Si components as well as Ca into a useful inorganic ion exchanger by a hydrothermal treatment, the inhibitory reaction by unnecessary components (particularly Ca component) is easily controlled, the conversion reaction efficiently proceeds and unnecessary components are easily removed from the inorganic ion exchanger.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the inorganic ion exchanger includes hydrothermally treating the raw material containing at least Ca in addition to Al and/or Si after adding a masking agent.
