Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a layered optical film capable of preventing soiling of a lamination roller by a bonding agent or an adhesive agent used for laminating optical films to each other. A method for manufacturing a layered optical film, by which a first optical film 2, a bonding agent layer 5, and a second optical film 3 are introduced and laminated between a pair of rotating lamination rollers 7a, 7b, wherein, during lamination, the width WA of the bonding agent layer 5 is the same or greater than the width W1 of the first optical film 2, the position of the first optical film 2 in the width direction is within the width WA where the bonding agent layer 5 is present, the width W2 of the second optical film 3 is greater than the width WA of the bonding agent layer 5, the second optical film 3 is positioned so as to include the width WA where the bonding agent layer 5 is present, and a third optical film 6 having a width greater than the width WA of the bonding agent layer 5 is interposed between the lamination roller 7a on the first optical film 2 side and the first optical film 2 so as to include the width WA of the bonding agent layer 5.
