Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a fine metal particle capable of producing a fine metal particle modified with a hydroxy group on the surface layer of a fine metal particle body by a simple method, and suppressing agglomeration of the fine metal particle.SOLUTION: A production method of a fine metal particle includes a fine metal particle body forming step for forming a fine metal particle body 51 by loading raw material powder made of a metal or a metal compound into reductive flame followed by heating and reducing the raw material powder, and a pure water spraying step for forming the fine metal particle 54 composed of the fine metal particle body 51 and a hydroxy group 53 by spraying an adjusted amount of pure water to the fine metal particle body 51 to modify the surface of the fine metal particle body 51 with the hydroxy group 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
