Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative molded article manufacturing method and a molding die, which are capable of reducing foil burrs at the time of injection molding decorative molded articles at a low cost.SOLUTION: A transfer layer 82 is transferred to an injection molding body 14 from a transfer sheet 80 simultaneously with injection molding executed by clamping a first die 41 and a second die 42 while retracting at least a single projected pin 46 provided to the second die 42. While moving forward the at least single projection pin 46 until there is a prescribed distance d1 provided between the second die 42 and the first die 41 to press a transfer layer 82b of a non-transfer region remained in the transfer sheet 80 against the first die 41, the first die 41 and the second die 42 are opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
