Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging optical panel manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a glass laminate constituting an imaging optical panel in a high yield and capable of corresponding to the production of a large-sized focusing optical panel.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an imaging optical panel 10 comprises a thinning step, a light reflection film forming step, and an integrating step. The thinning step is constituted to thin by etching a glass substrate 50. The light reflection film formation step is constituted to form a light reflection film 12 on a first principal face of the glass substrate 50. The parting step is constituted to fragment the glass substrate 50 formed with the light reflection film 12, into small pieces 14 of a strip shape. The integration step is constituted to laminate and integrate a plurality of small pieces 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
