PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a copper oxide film working as a protective film for suppressing corrosion, by a simple method, on the inner surface of a copper tube constituting water piping.SOLUTION: A chloride ion-containing aqueous solution L2 is injected and filled into a copper tube 11, to thereby form a copper oxide film 12 on the inner surface of the copper tube 11, and to produce water piping 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3B
