PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polymer solution for obtaining a low haze film.SOLUTION: A method for producing a polymer solution includes treating a solution in which a polymer is dissolved previously, at a temperature higher than a glass transition point temperature of the polymer, with a high-speed rotary shear device at a peripheral speed of an agitation blade of 4.5 m/seconds or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
