Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a powder compression molding which enables production of an easy-to-handle powder compression molding with high productivity, a powder compression molding and a coil part.SOLUTION: A method of producing a powder compression molding includes a preparation step of preparing a compression body formed by compressing a raw material powder by using a die having a through hole and a punch which is inserted into the die and presses the raw material powder and a rounding step of preparing a punch having a concave part which presses at least a part of an outer peripheral edge corner part formed by the contact surface of the compression body coming in contact with the die and a pressing surface of the punch and pressing at least a part of the outer peripheral edge corner part in an external pressing region provided in a part of the concave part to carry out corner rounding.
