Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of noise from a pulley.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a pulley, there is prepared a pulley unit having: a damper unit having a cylindrical inertia mass body; an elastic member; a radial bearing; a cylinder part having a pulley groove at an external peripheral face, and having inner diameter larger than an outside diameter of the inertia mass body; a disc part extending from the cylinder part to an inside diameter side; and at least two penetration holes for allowing the penetration of the disc part at an outside diameter side rather than a position to which the elastic member adheres. The pulley unit opposes the damper unit in an axial direction, the elastic member connects the damper unit and the pulley unit to each other, the damper unit, the pulley unit, the elastic member and the radial bearing are assembled so that the radial bearing is located between an external peripheral face of the inertia mass body and an internal peripheral face of the cylinder part, and a foaming resin is charged into a space which is formed of the damper unit, the pulley unit, the elastic member and the radial bearing from at least one of the two penetration holes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
