Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable manufacturing an integral hinge part having a plurality of flexure groves by injection molding even when vegetable fiber blended resin low in fluidity is used.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a resin molded article has a process for preparing a molding old 31 which has a mold part for outside molding 33 for molding an outside in a flexure direction of an integral hinge part 26, a mold part for inside molding 34 for molding an inside in the flexure direction of the integral hinge part 26 and a projection mold part 36 constituted to be projected from a molding surface 34f of the mold part for inside molding 34 with a projection shape, a process for injecting a filler blended resin at a melting state into the molding mold 31 at a state that the projection mold part 36 is not projected from the molding surface 34f of the mold part for inside molding 34, and a process for projecting the projection mold part 36 from the molding surface 34f of the mold part for inside molding 34 with a definite dimension and forming a plurality of flexure grooves of 26m inside in the flexure direction of the integral hinge part 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
