Title:
How to manufacture solar cells
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6330125
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
A solar cell which is high in area ratio of an illuminated surface compared with the previous is provided through forming thin electrical conductive patterns in high precision and good aspect ratio. A solution is a manufacturing method for the solar cell. The method is characterized by comprising the following processes (A), (B), (D) or the following processes (A), (B),(C), and (D). The process (A) is a process of forming a solvent receiving layer on a part of at least a surface of a silicon substrate. The process (B) is a process of forming the conductive patterns on the silicon substrate by coating conductive paste containing conductive metal particles and solvent in a joined manner with the solvent receiving layer. The process (C) is a process of applying heat processing on the silicon substrate with the conductive patterns, and performing thermal decomposition on at least a part of the solvent receiving layer. The process (D) is a process of applying firing processing on the silicon substrate with the conductive patterns, to burn the conductive paste.
