Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a surface protective film capable of preventing blocking of pellets each other during manufacturing.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a surface protective film having a substrate layer consisting of a thermoplastic resin and an adhesive layer formed on the substrate layer including a process of manufacturing a master batch by mixing a thermoplastic elastomer having melt flow rate measured under a condition of 230°C×2.16 kgf of 12 g/10 min or more and a tackifier resin of less than 200 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the thermoplastic elastomer, a process of supplying the master batch, components forming remaining adhesive layer to an extruder to co-extrude with the thermoplastic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
