Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin molded product which has good appearance quality of a coating film when the coating film is formed on the surface, and to provide a method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin molded product.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced resin molded product 1 includes a matrix resin 3 used in a base material, a fiber 5 filling inside the matrix 3, and a plurality of solid fillers 7 which fill at least a surface layer portion 9 in the matrix resin 3 and are formed in a granular shape. The solid fillers 7 are formed of a soft body. Because of this, when a surface 4 of the matrix resin 3 is polished, a portion exposed from the surface 4 in the solid filler 7 hardly causes brittle fracture during polishing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
