Abstract:
Air introduced externally or the vapor of a plating solution (12a) which is an aqueous hypophosphorous acid solution is dispersed as microbubbles in the plating solution (12a), and this plating solution is impregnated with a reducing agent (13). The resultant solution is heated, and a coating film (nickel film) (12) that has microbubbles (11) enclosed therein is deposited on an object (1) to be plated, by the action of electrons released by the oxidation of the reducing agent (13). Therefore, a heat-shielding film that has high hardness and low thermal conductivity even when thin can be easily produced in a short time.
