Title:
A manufacturing method of a thin film solar cell
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6104579
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thin-film solar cell capable of suppressing metal substrate corrosion due to selen and sulfur, and the like.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a thin-film solar cell comprises the steps of: applying a paste 120 containing a glass frit onto a metal substrate 11; forming an insulating layer composed of glass on the metal substrate 11 applied with the paste 120 by thermally processing the metal substrate 11; forming a first electrode layer on the insulating layer; forming a light absorption layer on the first electrode layer; and forming a second electrode layer on the light absorption layer. The step of applying the paste 120 makes the thickness of the paste 120 to be applied to an end of the metal substrate 11 thicker than the thickness of the paste 120 to be applied to regions excluding the end of the metal substrate 11.
