Abstract:
This transparent conductive substrate comprises a transparent conductive thin-film layer (12) and a transparent metal-oxide layer (13) laminated, in that order, to one or both surfaces of a substrate (11), and the transparent metal-oxide layer (13) comprises scattered particles (13a). This results in a transparent conductive substrate that exhibits a high level of conductivity between a transparent conductive thin-film layer comprising ITO or the like and an electrode comprising a metal, a metal paste, or the like. In addition, said transparent conductive substrate is highly transparent, exhibits good index-matching performance, resists abrasion well, and etches well.
